Narrow roads, encroachments and never-ending digging on roads. Yesterday it was for water, today it is for cable and tomorrow it is for gas. How can we do it better? When I look at this from a consumer point of view, I need a good road, I need power, I need telecom, I need gas, water & sewer lines too.
And who is paying for this, of course, consumer And consumer are getting X service at the cost of damaging Y service. Dig, Dig & Dig again is a never-ending story. Do we have money? Plenty of it.
